The December 12th General Election strategy of the Brexit Party unveiled today by party leader Nigel Farage.

After last-ditch attempts in secret talks to get the Conservative Party to change Prime Minister Boris Johnson's deal with the European Union that Johnson wants to push through Parliament, the Brexit Party will run in Conservative Party areas of the country but will not run candidates in the 317 seats in the House of Commons won by the Conservatives in the last election.

Farage said today regarding Johnson's "Brexit deal" with the EU:

"I actually read it and I drew the conclusion that it simply wasn't Brexit"

While Johnson claims that his plan "gets Brexit done" Farage said today his view of it is following his reading of the plan is:

"it just did not get Brexit done"

Farage rejected the notion that Brexit Party candidates in Conservative Party areas will help the Labor Party and Jeremy Corbyn to win the election.

The reaction to Farage's announcement was positive in the markets but denounced by Mr. Corbyn as a win for US President Donald Trump who has urged Farage and Johnson to work together.

But he reaffirmed that the focus of the election campaign by the Brexit Party will be in non-Conservative Party areas of the UK.

Farage sees the likely result as a hung parliament.
