NEWS SUMMARY-INTELLIGENCE REPORT SUNDAY 8/11-MONDAY 8/12/2019

(WORK IN PROGRESS WITH ADDITIONS, UPDATES EDITING ETC. THROUGH EARLY MONDAY)

The autopsy on accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein performed Sunday by a New York City medical examiner.

Also present was a private pathologist,  Dr. Michael Baden.    Baden is former Chief Medical Examiner for New York City who's been involved in many high profile criminal cases as a consultant.

Baden was there to observe the autopsy at the request of Epstein's representatives.

New York City's Chief Medical Examiner, Dr. Barbara Sampson, says that more information is needed before a cause of death is determined.

What about the reported death of Jeffrey Epstein?

Two investigations ordered by Attorney General William Barr into the Saturday morning suicide death of Epstein reported at the federal Metropolitan Correctional Center.

One being done by the FBI.   The other by the Inspector General's Office of the Justice Department.

The "New York Times" cites a law enforcement source saying that Epstein's previous cell mate had been moved elsewhere and that guards did not check on him every 30 minutes as they were supposed to the night before his death.

Incredulous reaction even from official quarters but in the cyber world even more doubts about how Epstein died or even if he died at all.

Documents related to Jeffrey Epstein's activities were released from a defamation case that didn't involve Epstein on Friday.

Senior US District Judge  Loretta Preska will hold a conference on September 4th to consider whether additional documents in the defamation case will be released.

883 pages of those documents released Friday with redactions are available at this link....   (WARNING: SOME MATERIAL MAY BE DISTURBING) .....EPSTEIN DOCUMENTS

That defamation suit brought by a victim of Epstein's, Virginia Giuffre, against Epstein's associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

Victims of Epstein describe Maxwell as his procurer and madam and she would appear to be the logical target of federal prosecutors who say they will continue the investigation even though Epstein is dead.
