We are now learning that federal charges are pending against a former employee of ABC News whose home was raided by the FBI earlier this year.
Allegations against James Gordon Meek will be presented to a grand jury.
The April 27th raid by the FBI involved an armored vehicle and 10 heavily armed agents.
A dozen electronic devices seized from Meek's home.
It is being said that an indictment will be presented to a grand jury by the Department of Justice.
