A hearing this afternoon at the Ada County Courthouse in Boise, Idaho in the case of the baby taken from its breastfeeding mother last Friday night.
The authorities claim that Cyrus Anderson was too underweight to be in parental custody. The mother had missed a weigh-in Friday over the mother's illness.
