Word late Friday afternoon that Baby Cyrus Anderson was returned to his parents in Idaho.
Conditions were imposed for state oversight but Baby Cyrus has been returned.

Earlier in the day there was word that social workers were questioning the mother about health issues the child has experienced in the custody of the state at St. Luke's Hospital.
He was not able to do things that are expected of a ten-month old baby like crawling or sitting up on his own.
Things he did at home with his parents, things he wasn't doing in state custody.
Ammon Bundy had a close relationship with the family prior to the taking of the child Bundy working closely with the child's grandfather Diego Rodriguez (Freedom Man) in the Constitution oriented People's Rights network.
Bundy made a video immediately following the return of Baby Cyrus to his home commenting on the situation...
Bundy in his comments questions the Child Protective Services operations the laws that allowed the kind of thing that happened last Friday night in Garden City, Idaho to happen, the seizure of a ten-month old child from its nursing mother.
My perspective from my own government experience and that of my wife both of us not CPS but acquainted with its operations in our own government employment, CPS is barraged with complaints and paperwork burdens, employees who have competency issues etc. etc.
CPS employees are often from backgrounds that include their own personal abuse experiences that cloud their ability to make competent and sane decisions.
One person I knew some years back did CPS work and took a child on a Friday night from a home that was filthy where there was drug use he felt he made the right call. He carried his own personal trauma from his own story which I won't reveal.
But my sense of this situation is the "wrong call" was made by CPS employees Dr. Aaron Dykstra who was involved in the Baby Cyrus matter publicly distanced himself from the CPS decision made on the basis of his medical opinions.
The politics so blatantly obvious Ammon Bundy's high profile he's running for Governor of Idaho against incumbent RINO Brad Little made the RINO's who run Idaho a little nervous no doubt.
Multiple factors as I see it leading to this Newsdump Friday backdown by the Idaho authorities putting down conditions but saying you can have your baby back.
