FRENCH PRESIDENT EMMANUEL MACRON SPEAKS ABOUT THE UNVACCINATED IN NEWSPAPER INTERVIEW
As the new strict vaccine passport that only allows for vaccination or recovery from COVID in order to be valid moved through France's National Assembly this week, President Macron minced no words when asked about the unvaccinated by "Le Parisien".
A snap poll showed 53 percent of the French shocked by Macron's comment.
Regardless the vaccine passport passed the National Assembly 214-93 with others abstaining or not present for the vote.
It now moves onto the Senate.
The government intends to implement the new passport a week from today on January 15th.
Polling in the presidential election set for April done at the end of the week showing Emmanuel Macron the winner of a first round with 26 percent of the vote followed by Marine Le Pen at 17 percent and Valerie Pecresse at 16 percent. Pundit Eric Zemmour now with 12 percent and other candidates trailing.
In the decisive second round between the top two candidates Macron getting 58 percent of the vote and Le Pen 42 percent.

The official government estimate tonight 105,000 protested at 179 sites across France in the middle of the winter with 18,000 protesting in Paris.

Philippot leads "The Patriots" a group that broke ranks with Marine Le Pen in 2017. Mr. Philippot is a candidate in the first round of France's presidential election on April 10th.
