Tonight in Germany massive and widespread protest of COVID lockdowns, vaccine passports and coerced vaccination reaching new heights.

In Berlin and other locales some people came on the streets to counter protest and support government policy but they were vastly outnumbered.

The fear of COVID among other things hampers the ability of those who support government policy to gather in any large numbers on the streets.

The new Social Democrat, Green, Free Democrat (Liberal) government is considering mandatory vaccination for Germans but the legislation may not emerge until March.

For now the massive street protests serve as a counterpoint to any plans the government may have.

The government has also talked about legal action against the Telegram app which has been used for communications by those staging the protest walks in Germany.
