The country hits like that one from Ronnie Milsap in the summer of 1975 as I recall.
County music was on some radio stations and when I went to the beach it wasn't on the AM transistor radio as I recall but I remember WAFL 97.7 in Milford, Delaware was around playing country in the mid 1970's.
But one really great country music station I heard down in Virginia Beach, Virginia in the 1970's was WCMS. Here's some videos about the station's country music beginnings....

The USA must work with China and Russia.
That's because climate change is a worldwide business plan to reduce expenses and pass costs onto consumers and taxpayers.
"Going Green" to me is something beyond "Left" and "Right" and personalities like Greta Thunberg.
God Bless Greta I hope she finds what I want in my life peace and serenity, sanity and sobriety.
Our emotions and fights over climate hide the face that the politicians are lying to us and pushing the "climate change" agenda in spite of COVID because its a major plan to reorganize business operations and tax structure worldwide.
Just like the lies on COVID, they must lie about climate to scare you into accepting the costs of "climate change".
Printing bills on paper and sending them to you in the mail costs money plastic bags cost money so the costs need to be cut.
You bring your own bag you pay for and print your own bills on your own printers with your own paper at your expense.
Taxes on your utility bills like they are doing in Canada, more gasoline taxes or even mileage taxes based on your "carbon footprint".
This is a frickin scheme to benefit Big Government and Big Business.

NEWSDUMP UPDATE: THE NEW VAXX GOAL IS 70 PERCENT "FULLY VACCINATED" IN THE USA
The government website that BNO Newsroom takes from was using the 60 percent "fully vaccinated" goal Joe Biden was hyping in recent months. A goal with a July 4th target that has been missed by a wide margin.
We stand at 49.52 percent "fully vaccinated" in the USA with the pace picking up a little I would guess in six days the media will proclaim:
"50 Percent Fully Vaccinated In The USA"
But the new goal they have for "fully vaccinated" is now 70 percent and they project that by May 4, 2022. We shall see if all the new vaxx promotion or "propaganda" will help push this forward.

In my book collection is "The Story Of 'The New York Times' 1851-1951" by Meyer Berger and what a story starting with the Whig who became a Republican Henry Raymond in the drivers seat of the newspaper. Raymond called a "Godfather" of the Republican Party in its early day. He was a member of the House among other things.
George Jones was an interim leader of the Times following Raymond early death in 1869.
The Times fell on hard times in the 1890's and Adolph Ochs rode in to take over what was left of it and he built it into its greatness handing the reins to his son-in-law Captain A.M. "Punch" Sulzberger.
The stories of how the news was gathered in this book.
Also how the "Times" beat its competitors like Joseph Pulitzer's "New York World" and William Randolph Hearst's "New York Journal" with a straight news format instead of the "Yellow News" they published.
