Man I wish I could have been as comfortable with the opposite sex as Dr. Hook was in that song performed as a hit in 1978. Back then I was isolated socially from girls. I had a bad experience when I was six years old.
By the time I made it to the university I hit rock bottom depression over my obsession with one particular woman and I came up out of that into religious activities socializing with some girls but the barriers were great.
Girls I spent time with at religious meetings wanted dating and I was largely incapable. One woman I had some obsession with and spilled my guts to was kind to me allowing dating helping me in her own evangelistic way to come out of my shell.
I appreciate her kindness she moved on to marriage and the mission field with her husband but I was stuck in a rut disconnected and that went with me right into marriage and employment etc. etc.
Jeffrey Toobin comes to mind he got fired this last week after the Zoom meeting incident where he is said to have exposed himself and is said to have had sex with himself.
I grew up and went into adulthood a child when it came to relationships with the opposite sex my girlfriends having five fingers.
I used that selfish experience to relieve my pain, to try to feel good, to allow me to function in the world around me and it hurt me and so many other people.

The Republicans sent their own electors and forced the Democrats to agree to give up on the notion of their candidate Samuel Tilden becoming President. A compromise was cut.
The Democrats at that time pushed into a corner marching in the streets shouting:

Well will the Democrats be pushed by a unified Republican phalanx into shouting:
"Biden Or Death"

I've been wounded I've been hurt. DINING OUT WITH NEXTRUSH
Plenty of drive through lines here in York, PA this evening but I chose dine-in got a couple of ketchup packets with my fries, not enough. Restaurants used to have ketchup bottles before the tyranny. The other week I got two plastic containers of ketchup to help with the steak I was eating. That worked.
The restaurants trying to survive cutting back on things including hours things are not right things are not normal. The economy is being strangled by restrictions and fear. I see the dining rooms at 25 percent usage on Saturday night even though they can operate at 50 percent capacity right now.
