New coronavirus restrictions rolled out Sunday night in Michigan and Washington states. Michigan Governor Democrat Gretchen Whitmer saying:
"We are at the precipice and need to take some action"
She ordered in school teaching to end at high schools and colleges and a prohibition on indoor dining.
Washington Governor Democrat Jay Inslee also banning indoor dining and closing gyms, theaters and museums.
