"TAKE THE A TRAIN"-DUKE ELLINGTON

"SIR DUKE"-STEVIE WONDER

Let the celebration begin the farce is behind us this weekend, the farce called 'impeachment'.

Listening to some great music from some great musicians to open things up and Stevie Wonder from the 1970's with a hit called "Sir Duke".

Back in the 70's a guy I knew tried to explain that song to me but I was too drunk to understand and a decade or so later he told me:

"You're acting like an alcoholic"

and indeed I was but I was still two decades away from realizing I was drunk and needed to get sober.

Great to be with you and heck did I just see a Bernie Sanders ad on You Tube.

The message last weekend here was of the Establishment rigging the process among the Democrats and the events that began to transpire last Saturday night have only confirmed that conclusively.

The poll that would have shown Bernie Sanders the unacceptable candidate to the Establishment crony capitalist, corporatist, globalist forces leading the race pulled at the last minute.

The campaign of Pete Buttigieg getting that poll spiked.

Then the results stalled and delayed Monday night  on into the week with no final results until late Thursday until we entered the Newsdump.     The results manipulated with Pete Buttigieg being touted on top for having two more state convention delegates (564) to Sanders (562).

But in the measure of popular votes Sanders won the first round then when smaller candidates supporters combined with others Sanders still won the popular vote the second time around.

Joe Biden reduced to 13.7 percent of the popular vote in that final count.

Waiting in the wings the elitist insider Michael Bloomberg to enter the race as it moves on to Super Tuesday in early March.

Once we get past New Hampshire its onto Nevada and South Carolina first.

Tulsi Gabbard still in the race very much so and I've sent her support to keep her voice in,  a voice reminding us that this nation should not support Al Qaeda and the Saudi ideology of terrorism.

"ALL I KNOW"-ART GARFUNKEL

"I SAW HER AGAIN"-THE MAMAS AND THE PAPAS

"KISS ME GOODBYE"-PETULA CLARK

"I'VE NEVER BEEN TO ME"-CHARLENE

That song recorded in the 1970's but it became a hit in 1982 Charlene's "I've Never Been To Me" and I was floored when I first heard that song being played on the radio in a shop I was walking through in downtown Philadelphia.

But I appreciate it more sober than drunk because the fantasy world is not the real world and the real world needs me, heck, it needs you.

I'm relaxed tonight or perhaps tired is the word.

Plenty of news out there the Russians and Turks talked Syria today those talks to continue as the Turkish military beefs up its presence in Syria and on the Turkish side of the border.   They seem to be coming as the protectors of the jihadists, the Turks.

IRISH ELECTION THE PROJECTION

The actual vote count Sunday in Ireland's election but the projection tonight shows a virtual three way tie between the traditional two parties of Ireland Fine Gael and Fianna Foil and the newcomer party as far as top of the heap is concerned,  Sinn Fein.      Sinn Fein projected to get its largest vote ever in a southern Irish election at 22.3 percent with Prime Minister Leo Varadkar's Fine Gael at 22.4 percent and the Fianna Foil party at 22.2 percent.   A big rise in the projection for Sinn Fein from the last election and losses in support for the other two parties.

"Southfront" published this about whether the Syrian government will be able to take back Idlib city.....SOUTHFRONT ARTICLE

Peter Hitchens out with his weekend column with various topics including his defense of the two employees of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons who've outed the rigging of information about the alleged chemical weapons attack in Douma, Syria in April of 2018.
