The thumbs down from both the Arab League and the Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas today to President Trump's "Deal of the Century" proposal involving Israel and the Palestinians.    Abbas saying the Palestinian Authority is cutting all ties to both Israel and the United States

Abbas at the Arab League meeting today in Cairo that also rejected the plan.

COMMENTING ON ALL THIS IT MAY BE THAT THE SAUDIS AND SOME OIL RICH GOVERNMENTS WHOSE MONEY IS IN THE PLAN LIKE IT BUT EVEN THEY WILL BE TEPID IN THEIR SUPPORT DUE TO PUBLIC OPINION.

THE US, ISRAEL AND OTHER ALIGNED NATIONS LIKE THE SAUDIS AND UK MAY HAVE GOTTEN SOME AVERAGE JOE SUNNI MUSLIMS DISTRACTED INTO FIGHTING IN SYRIA AND LIBYA AGAINST IRANIANS, RUSSIANS AND SYRIANS BUT THE 'ARAB STREET' STILL HAS THE HATRED IN THEIR HEARTS FOR ISRAEL WHICH COULD BE EASILY IGNITED.

I GUESS THIS IS DESIGNED TO BUCK UP BENJAMIN NETANYAHU AHEAD OF THE MARCH 2ND ELECTION IN ISRAEL AND BUCK UP PRESIDENT TRUMP'S 'PEACE' CREDENTIALS IN 2020 FOR RE-ELECTION.

PERHAPS ITS JUST DESIGNED TO PROVOKE SOME VIOLENCE FROM PALESTINIAN AND ARAB ELEMENTS THAT BOTH NETANYAHU AND TRUMP COULD RESPOND TO WITH MILITARY ACTION OF THEIR OWN TO LOOK TOUGH FOR RE-ELECTION.

Well lets stay with world of "make believe" and I'm not "Mister Rogers" because I offer up a report on the phony world of political make-believe where Republicans are "Conservatives" and Democrats are "Progressives" and they are all with some exceptions a bunch of  "excrement faced liars".

Last week in our post that got yanked off Free Republic where I am a proud supporter and may offer up support again this quarter unless I'm being banned from it,   I talked about supporting outsiders not supported by the RNC and DNC establishments.....


I have done my soul good in supporting financially both Roy Moore for US Senate in Alabama running in the March 3rd primary and Tulsi Gabbard for President of the United States among the Democrats.



But now lets get on with story of the Democrats and the Iowa Caucus Monday.



RIGGING FOR BIDEN AND BLOOMBERG, THE DEMOCRAT STORY




The Democrats have their superdelegates again this time around with 9 of the 33 Democrat delegates in that category in Iowa alone.


This system has to essentially give Joe Biden the Insider 20 percent at least of the delegates to start with at least meaning that Bernie Sanders or anyone else would have to landslide their way through the primaries and caucuses.


There is a minimum threshold of 15 percent of the vote to get delegates in the Democrat primaries and caucuses meaning the smaller candidates are knocked out almost from the beginning because they can't get that kind of support to get delegates.


A new wrinkle the decision by the DNC to change the criteria for candidate participation in debates to remove the need for a donor base so in comes Michael Bloomberg to join the pack.

They are fixing it for the crony capitalist billionaire.

A LATE BREAKING DEVELOPMENT IN THE DEMOCRATS IOWA CAUCUS REGARDING THIS WEEKEND'S OPINION POLL FROM THE DES MOINES REGISTER AND CNN BEING CANCELLED.  MORE IN THE NEWS SUMMARY LATER.


In 1945 General George S. Patton disciplined by General Eisenhower over his comment that Nazis were like Republicans and Democrats as Patton struggled with having to run the water works and power plants etc. etc. in occupied Germany with people who were given the patronage jobs because of their political affiliation.

That means that Republicans and Democrats can be like Communists so why not some comedy with Communist characters in it.

US Defense Secretary Mark Esper today approved a request to provide facilities to quarantine people arriving in the US if needed because of the coronavirus.


The Defense Secretary responding to a request from the Department of Health and Human Services seeking facilities for quarantine.

Its now Sunday in China where the coronavirus originated in the city of Wuhan and the latest statistics show 14,380 people infected nationwide with 304 deaths reported.   There are 19,544 suspected cases with 137,594 people under observation after coming into contract with those infected.

The announcement of President Trump's "Deal of the Century" involving Israelis and Palestinians led to a decision announced by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas today to break off ties with Israel and the United States.


Abbas making the announcement in Cairo where Arab League foreign ministers also announced their opposition to the proposal.


There has been rocket fire aimed at Israel from Gaza in the aftermath of the announcement.   No injuries reported but an unusual incident today in Israel when a rocket was fired from Gaza during a visit by Israel's leading opposition politician.


Former Israel Defense Forces Chief of Staff Benny Gantz, who leads the Blue and White Party, was visiting the town of Nahal Oz on the Gaza border when a rocket landed there.    It hit an open field with no injuries or damage reported.

CONCERN RAISED BY THE CAMPAIGN OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA MAYOR PETE BUTTIGIEG OVER HIS NAME NOT BEING IN WITH THE REST OF THE CANDIDATES.
