"Hello, Goodbye" by the Beatles, a number one song from early 1968 here in the USA.   That's around the time my father left the factory to higher paying and longer lasting government employment as inflation kicked in here in the USA.

Lyndon Johnson was ramping up government with Medicare and Medicaid and the cost of medical care was beginning to skyrocket, debt was beginning to accumulate and wow here we are 23 trillion plus dollars later.

The 2021 federal budget proposed by President Trump adds another 966 billion to that.

Well the currency is devalued and its easy to tell people we will pay you 12 or 13 dollars an hour nowadays because its worth less.


NEWSDUMP UPDATE-US TARIFFS ANNOUNCED ON EUROPEAN UNION



On Friday the US or "Trump Administration" as the linked article puts it announced tariffs on European Union products.    The US imposing tariffs on aircraft and other products objecting to subsidies of aircraft production by Airbus.      Airbus a big competitor with Boeing which is having "turbulence" over the 737 MAX with many orders cancelled.



The French Health Minister announced Saturday morning the death of an 80-year old Chinese tourist from Hubei province where the Covid-19 virus originated at a hospital in Paris.

Meanwhile the US is evacuating its nationals from a cruise ship in Japan that's been quarantined.   This move comes a few days after Israel was rebuffed by Japan in an effort to remove its citizens from the ship.

And on this holiday weekend down time weekend for me remembering the music I listened to in the early and mid 1980's the sounds of what was called "Contemporary Christian Music".


I was too drunk and crazy back then to understand its message and act accordingly.   Too busy saying the "God of my misundertanding" to take action based on the "God of my understanding".


A lot of frustration out there with the "Criminal Justice System" from the way Roger Stone was treated to the way others have been in connection with the alleged "Russian collusion"


The federal prosecutors think everyone is Al Capone and charges are piled on in a process designed to get a 98 percent conviction rate, a truly rigged process with judges and the court appointed defense lawyers in the system in on it.

You either cut a plea deal to do some jail time or spend a million dollars on lawyers to fight it in court.     The massive amount of charges designed to get defendants convicted on something.

The murderous gangster Capone ended up being sent to prison on income tax evasion.


I have zero sympathy for Mr. William Barr when I think of what was done to people like the Hammonds in Oregon and those who came to protest there on their behalf in 2016.

President Trump has much to do when one thinks of Bunkerville and the three men imprisoned over the standoff in April of 2014 plus the Justice Department's continuing effort to reopen the case against Cliven Bundy.


The federal government will argue the matter to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals next month in Las Vegas.


So many names mentioned at that rally in New Hampshire Monday night by the President but not the name of Jerry Delemus.


Jerrry, co-chair of Veterans for Trump in New Hampshire in 2016 still serving a sentence in the Devens federal prison in Massachusetts for exercising this First and Second Amendment rights at Bunkerville in April of 2014.

NEWSDUMP ALERT:  US TURNING SCREWS ON UK, EUROPE OVER HUAWEI



A diplomatic row reported between the UK and Australia with Australian officials parroting US anger about the UK's decision to use Huawei technology to help build its 5 G system.   The leaking to the media of Australian objections offered to a visiting British delegation about using the Chinese firm leading to postponement of an Australian delegation's visit to London....BBC NEWS STORY


UK media ("The Telegraph") reporting that a US delegation led by White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney will give the UK a "buttkicking" for going with Huawei technology on what is called "non critical" parts of the 5 G network the UK will construct.


The US Justice Department ramped up its legal case against Huawei in recent days accusing the firm of a conspiracy to steal technology from US companies.


With European countries also considering and or planning the use of Huawei technology US Defense Secretary Mark Esper and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo with tough rhetoric at the Munich Security Conference today saying NATO is threatened by Huawei and China is the biggest threat to "world order" today.   China's Foreign Minister firing back to those comments....AL JAZEERA VIDEO REPORT

The proposal from President Trump rolled out ahead of Israel's General Election in few weeks causing conservative forces in Israel, the third party forces in Israel to rise up with opposition and questions about the loss of sovereignty over land in Judea and Samaria (The West Bank).    Thank the Lord the big parties have not crushed those third parties yet.

Benjamin Netanyahu rejecting an immediate vote to assert sovereignty over those territories and in the gap to address the concerns about Jews being kicked out of their homes in Israel a joint US-Israeli sovereignty committee established.

President Trump spoke by phone today with Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdgoan.    Issues like the Deal of the Century plan involving Israelis and Palestinians and the conflict in Libya part of the conversation but Syria and the government offensive against jihadists in the Greater Idlib region very seriously discussed.


Turkey's presidency issued a statement saying the two leaders discussed an immediate end to fighting in the area and agreed that attacks that killed 13 Turkish soldiers were unacceptable....TURKISH RADIO AND TELEVISION NEWS STORY.


A Turkish delegation will be in Moscow Monday to discuss the situation in Idlib with Turkey saying that if its demands are not met, action will be taken.....TASS NEWS STORY

In Canada the talks between a government minister and Mohawk tribal leaders completed amidst the blockade of a key section of Canada's rail network.


This evening Indigenous Services Minister Marc Miller said "modest progress" had been made.


The blockade in solidarity with a western tribe of indigenous people opposing a natural gas pipeline.   Members of that "First Nation" in British Columbia were removed from their blockade of construction by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police earlier in the week......CBC NEWS STORY
