Ammon Bundy Explains How He Decided To Look At The Migrant Caravan On The Southern Border In "Facebook" Video 11/27/2018
For the second time in the last week, Ammon Bundy came on "Facebook" to explain his views on the migrant caravan working its way to our southern border.
Ammon Bundy drew a lot of angry comments as he explained that criminal activity in Honduras is driving people out of the country as refugees to seek a better life, people who have seen family members killed and people who are facing extortion from gangsters.
Bundy says there are criminals in the groups moving north towards the US border causing trouble but conservative media that say they are all criminals are not telling the truth.
He says he's disturbed by comments even from President Trump that seem to portray the entire group as criminals. This notion is a "stereotype" in his opinion.
Bundy asks:
"......What about the individual? What about those who have come for reasons of need? Their families. What about you know the fathers, the mothers and the children that have come here and are willing to go through the process to apply for asylum so they can come into this country?"
Bundy notes that some of the people seeking to enter our country have from the south have been "oppressed" by criminals in the places where they came from.
Meanwhile President Trump himself has said that none of them will be allowed into the country until their cases go through the system with the implication being that some will be allowed in.
But to make it crystal clear for anyone willing to look and hear for themselves here's what Trump said during his confrontation with CNN's Jim Acosta earlier this month at a White House Press Conference:
"I want them to come in to the country, but they have to come in legally, you know Jim, they have to come in through a process. I want it to be a process. And I want people to come in. We need the people.....You know why we need the people. Because we have hundreds of companies moving in. We need the people."
So at the end of the day even President Trump is saying some of these people need to be let in this country to fill jobs in this country.
Why all this media noise and drama from talk radio to Fox News to MSNBC to CNN etc. etc.? Their game is to get you to march in lockstep with major political parties IMHO and they'll say anything to get you suckered into walking through the elephant dung or the donkey dung.
Why all this hatred of Ammon Bundy for saying that some of these people should be accepted through the legal process of applying for asylum?
Did we just find some truth here?

Well there’s always “Operation Wetback 2.0”. We could have 90 day work permits paid for by the employers, any visa overstayer could cost the employer $1,000.00 a day until the Alien was repatriated to their home of origin.
ReplyDeleteNo welfare no food stamps no families breaking our healthcare system and NO anchor babies. This would somewhat satisfy the corporate need for cheap labor.
Congress, especially as President Trump has allowed it to be constituted, with Trump's support of GOP Establishment candidates down the line in the mid-terms isn't likely to implement the kind of ideas you are suggesting.
