NEWS SUMMARY-INTELLIGENCE REPORT SATURDAY 11/3/2018  (NEWSDUMP EDITION)

(UPDATES, EDITING, EXPANSION ETC, UNTIL 815 AM EASTERN)

Coverage of Election 2018 is ahead but first.

Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has played his cards on the world stage pointing the finger of blame for Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi's October 2nd murder in Istanbul on the highest levels of the Saudi Arabian government.

"We know that the order to kill Khashoggi came from the highest levels of the Saudi government"

Erdogan is also saying that the Saudi prosecutor is failing to answer "even simple questions" from his Turkish counterpart.

An aide to the president, Yasin Aktay, says the Turks believe Khashoggi's body was cut up and dissolved in acid after his strangulation murder at the Saudi consulate.

But Erdogan stressed that he did not believe King Salman was involved.

By implication though, Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, is blamed by Erdogan's wording.

Many have rushed to the defense of the Crown Prince in recent weeks.   Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was supporting him in conversations with US officials.

Now Netanyahu has come out publicly Friday saying that the stability of Saudi Arabia must be maintained because it is important for the stability of the region and world.

The Israeli Prime Minister says Khashoggi's death is "horrible" but:

"the larger problem is Iran"

A pro-Israel evangelical Christian delegation met with Bin Salman in Riyadh on Thursday.

There has also been a propaganda campaign to justify Khashoggi's killing calling him an "extremist" or "terrorist' but Khashoggi's friends say his murder came as he was about to expose the Saudi government for using chemical weapons in the war in Yemen.

New York City police say two Saudi Arabian sisters found duct-taped together in the Hudson River were not involved in an act of foul play.

The police say relatives of the sisters indicated they would rather harm themselves than to return to Saudi Arabia.

Tala Farea, 16, and Rolana Farea, 22, had requested political asylum in order to remain in the US.

During their investigation police found a person who said they saw the sisters praying at the river.

Election 2018 with President Trump pulling out the stops for two campaign rallies Friday in West Virginia and Indiana.

The president mentioning top Democrats Chuck Schumer, Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi as he spoke to arouse grassroots voters to anger and action next Tuesday.

President Trump promoting Patrick Morrisey for US Senate in West Virginia and Mike Braun during the Indiana visit with Vice President Mike Pence on hand there.

Today the President has Pensacola, Florida and Bozeman, Montana on his itinerary.

Getting back to West Virginia mainstream media polls show Morrisey within five points of incumbent Democrat Joe Mancin and if those polls are skewed as many believe, the GOP may be picking up the West Virginia Senate seat.

The Indiana US Senate race polls show conflicting numbers with Mike Braun leading in some and incumbent Democrat Joe Donnelly in others.  A presence in the race is Libertarian candidate Lucy Brenton.   If some MSM polls show a Braun lead, then the chances of a GOP pickup here also look good.

The  Democrats rolled out former President Barack Obama to stump in Georgia yesterday.  He was stirring up resentment to help the Democrat candidate for governor, Stacey Abrams.

Obama alleged "voter suppression" in the state, an obvious attempt to motivate grassroots support for the African-American female candidate, Abrams, who's facing Republican Brian Kemp.

Kemp is the Secretary of State for Georgia in charge of elections.

On Friday a federal judge ruled against enforcement of a law designed to prevent election fraud in Georgia and how Kemp's office enforces the law.

Polling from the mainstream media shows a tie or slight lead for Kemp in the race.

From Syria, Russian officials continue to warn of a false flag chemical weapons attack by jihadists in the Idlib region.  They says chemical weapons have already been delivered to the area and civilians contacted to participate in videos as alleged victims.

In anticipation of such an attack Russia has deployed six chemical weapons detection vehicles into the Idlib deconfliction zone administered by Russia and Turkey.

The Syrian army fired artillery shells at jihadists in Idlib Friday.   There have been a number of cease fire violations with the Al-Qaeda HTS forces firing into Syrian government positions to the south.
