Went to Walmart this week here in Pennsylvania bought bananas for 76 cents and whoa I got a quarter back for my dollar.

That's called 'rounding' a practice I associate with Canada during my visits there rounding down and up with change to the nearest 5 cents.

Canada stopped making pennies many years ago a cost-saving measure and now the production of pennies has ended here in the USA.
