Actor George Clooney reacted to US President Donald Trump's jibes at Clooney's acting ability as well as his political views.
Clooney referencing the notion of voting for Democrats in this year's mid-term elections in the US.
Trump posting about Clooney this week after last Saturday's official journal proclaimed his French citizenship alongside that of his wife Amal Alamuddin Clooney.
France's Interior Minister Laurent Nunez signed the decree saying the couple's citizenship is a 'great opportunity for our country'.
The Clooney's live in the Var region of southern France most of the time where their children attend school...
A protest opposing US aggression in Venezuela materialized in Paris this evening.
A banner displayed in the colors of Venezuela's flag with the words "Colombia Fight" imposed on them.
Other flags displayed by the hundreds of protesters present at the event including the Palestinian flag.
The flag of France's CGT trade union seen at the protest.
Meanwhile Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot saying the US action attacking Venezuela and capturing President Nicolas Maduro violates the principles of international law on the use of force.
But Barrot also condemned the human rights record of Maduro's government and called for the Venezuelan people to have the final say in their country's future.
