On Thursday for the 18th time Emmanuel Macron's Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne used Article 49.3 of the French Constitution allowing a French President the ability to pass legislation without a vote by legislators.
The Social Security finance bill faced the prospect of being defeated by the majority in the National Assembly not aligned with President Macron.

"A big Thank You to the all the Yellow Vests in honor without exception"
Today's protest in Paris a small formation moving through the streets with singing and drums.
This is the last two hours of the procession through Paris this afternoon towards the end at 1:41:30 the procession stops for about ten minutes at the Moulin Rouge with some speaking and chanting delivered before the demonstration moves on.
