Stidham involved in the civil case against Bundy and others that's led to a 52 million judgement in a Boise, Idaho court.



Bundy unable to contest the lawsuit due to the high legal costs involved which would have run into hundreds of thousands of dollars.



Mr. Stidham represents Idaho medical giant St. Luke's Hospital a large business that's a key player in the Idaho Association of Commerce and Industry.



This lawsuit relates to Mr. Bundy's intervention on behalf of a 10-month-old Cyrus Anderson seized from his parents last year later returned over a claim of neglect.



Bundy also saying in the letter:




"That family came to St. Luke's for help and instead were threatened intimidated and ultimately had their child taken"
