More police officers from the "RAID" special unit taken into custody this week over the death of a man in Marseille during the disturbances (riots) there.
The 27-year old man killed by a flash ball projectile.
Five officers taken into custody two of them released shortly afterwards.
The other three indicted in the case on Thursday and released to "judicial control" allowed to exercise police functions other than extreme matters.
Five individuals aged 15 to 26 were arrested Thursday for committing acts of violence during the rioting. They were uncovered through TikTok videos.
On Friday France's Council of State acting to stop the government of President Emmanuel Macron from shutting down an environmentalist group called "Earth Uprisings".
The summary decision saying that the group does not condone violent actions as the Macron government claimed.
