In Boise, Idaho a jury selected for the trial of two men arrested as they observed a special legislative session dealing with the coronavirus at the State Capitol last year.
Ammon Bundy and Aaron Schmidt accused of trespassing.
Prosecutors began to argue today that if legislative leaders (in this case Republicans) order it then the Idaho State Police have the authority to remove anyone at any time.
Ammon Bundy discussed the trial in a video posted this evening.....
