Columbus Ohio Mayor Andrew Ginther calling for the firing of police officer Adam Coy following the fatal shooting of an unarmed black man early Tuesday morning.   47 year old Andre Hill took steps towards Coy holding a cell phone before he was shot.    The officer did not activate his camera until after the shooting but it has a 60 second video look back feature.
