Today the showdown in Boise following days of propaganda from business and political leaders relayed by mainstream media demonizing those protesting against a muzzle-mask order and other coronavirus restrictions associating them with "hate" and anti-Semitism.
A massive show of citizen opposition some 500 people last Tuesday abruptly ended the meeting of Central District Health before there was a vote on the COVID-19 restrictions but the Christmas Crackdown back on the table for today's meeting at 330 pm local time (530 pm Eastern US time).
The final vote by the health board was a 3-3 tie and the restrictions failed to pass.
One member, Megan Blanksma, said the board needs to be thinking in terms of "cooperation" instead of "compliance".
Protesters again gathered outside health board building which was blocked by police behind barricades.

A story was published this morning by "Idaho Press" based on attendance at a People's Rights meeting in Emmett, Idaho reporting there are preparations for violent activity taking place while acknowledging that the People's Rights group is only supportive of violence in self-defense. The news story claims that People's Rights have engaged in violent protest in Idaho although they cannot cite any specific injury to individuals or damage to property resulting from those protests...IDAHO PRESS STORY 12/15/2020 EARLY MORNING
