Protesters from the Patriot Prayer group attempted to gain access to the State Capitol in Salem today but were pushed back by police who then declared the protest unlawful. A Republican State Senator Dallas Heard removed his mask and walked out of the Senate Chamber as he protested the requirement that senators wear muzzles.
