THE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE THURSDAY NIGHT WILL HAVE A MUTE BUTTON.   THAT DECISION FROM THE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE COMMISSION.    THE FIRST TWO MINUTES THAT A CANDIDATE SPEAKS THE OTHER CANDIDATE'S MIC WILL BE MUTED.

From Peoples Rights in Nebraska the story of an anonymous phone call to police complaining about no masks Sunday evening.      Omaha Police getting the call saying that clerks and customers at a Bucky's convenience store were not wearing muzzles.


The police called to scene were told to cancel by their command saying that plastic shields at the location between clerks and customers make the mask ordinance unenforcable.

The exit polls held back during the overnight hours finally released in Bolivia's presidential election this morning and they indicate that Luis Arce of the Movement Towards Socialism Party is the winner with just over 50 percent of the vote.     Arce an ally of the former President Evo Morales who was forced out of the country after a disputed election result last year.   The actual vote count is moving slowly forward.....BBC NEWS.....Late developments include a proclamation of victory by Mr. Arce and a concession from his leading opponent Carlos Mesa.

Worldwide 337,854 new positive tests with the US the leading nation.   Other nations include the UK 18,804, France 13,243, Italy 9,338 and Canada 3,289.
