IN WISCONSIN BUSINESS OCCUPANCY HAS BEEN TIGHTENED EVEN MORE TO 25 PERCENT IN RECENT WEEKS.

IF THESE POSITIVE TEST NUMBERS CONTINUE TO RISE, THE DAYS AFTER THE ELECTION ARE LIKELY TO BE DAYS OF MORE CORONAVIRUS CRACKDOWNS, LOCKDOWNS AND RESTRICTIONS, BUT THE ELECTION DETERS GOVERNMENTS FOR THE MOST PART FROM DRASTIC ACTIONS.

Election Day in Bolivia a rerun of last year's presidential election with a new candidate for the Left.   Former President Evo Morales forced out of the country after controversy involving the first round results when it appeared Morales was winning the contest.
