The scope of the unrest widespread across the city tonight from West Philadelphia north and eastwards to Port Richmond where there was a crowd of one thousand looting stores.

The violence in Philadelphia began Monday night after the killing of a black man by police. 30 police officers injured. Walter Wallace killed while he was carrying a knife.
Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw says the investigation underway includes the video footage from the body cameras of the two police officers involved in the killing.
The officers names will not be released to the public until a "threat assessment" is concluded.
The family of Mr. Wallace says he had mental health issues with his mother saying she called for an ambulance before the police showed up leading to the deadly incident.
