The COVID-19 statistics from Worldometers today shattering records.    For the US 101,461 new positive tests reported.   The leading state Illinois with 7,164 followed by Texas with 6,819 and Florida with 5,592.   Other states include Wisconsin with 5,096, Minnesota with 3,154,  Utah with 2,292, South Dakota with 1,559, North Dakota with 1,353 and Montana with 1,063.




Around the world today 573,616 was the number for new infections reported.    The US led the nations.   Other nations include France with 49,215, Italy 31,084, Belgium 23,921, Poland 21,629 and Canada 3,457.
