From Washington the political drama today of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announcing that the Democrats are drafting articles of impeachment against President Trump.



Pelosi citing the oath of office to "defend the Constitution of the United States from enemies foreign and domestic" and saying "all roads lead to" the Russian President Vladimir Putin.


President Trump responding via Twitter that "the Democrats have gone crazy".


The House impeachment vote expected the weekend before Christmas.



Democrat Presidential contender Joe Biden today involved in an incident where an 83-year old man in Iowa told Biden he was no different from President Trump because of his son's lucrative job on the board of a Ukrainian energy company.


Biden responding that the man was a "damn liar".



A CIRCLING OF DEMOCRAT ESTABLISHMENT WAGONS TODAY WITH ENDORSEMENT OF BIDEN COMING FROM THE 2004 DEMOCRAT PRESIDENTIAL STANDARD BEARER JOHN KERRY.



President Trump reported considering the movement of more US military personnel to the Middle  East, some 14-thousand.     The "Wall Street Journal" reporting that.    The reason:



"The Iranian threat"



The notion being leaked out to the media of an increased Iranian threat to US military personnel already in the region and this has been reported by CNN.


This comes as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu meets US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in Lisbon, Portgual urging more pressure to be put on Iran.


The economic sanctions already in force are creating a scenario similar to that involving Japan back in December of 1941, if not worse.


Netanyahu wants European nations to join in the ratcheting up of the sanctions.


France, Germany and the United Kingdom sending a letter to the UN Secretary-General saying that Iran has developed missiles that could potentially carry nuclear warheads.

JAPAN IS WORKING ON A PLAN TO USE 270 MEMBERS OF ITS MILITARY TO GUARD SHIPS SUPPLYING JAPAN IN THE PERSIAN GULF REGION.  THE JAPANESE PRIME MINISTER SHINZO ABE ALSO CONSIDERING A JANUARY VISIT TO SAUDI ARABIA AND THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

North Korea says that if President Trump chooses to be confrontational with it again then he is a "dotard" which is defined as someone who is "old and weak".



North Korea with an end of the year deadline for the US to give North Korea a more favorable offer in denuclearizaion talks or else.......




The general strike in France today aimed at President Emmanuel Macron's pension reform plan and public transport was impacted with no trains and deserted train stations in many cases.    


Mass rallies also scheduled with the mainstream media and government expressing fears of violence.


Anarchists have interjected themselves into the Yellow Vests protests during the last year in France.


A quarter of a million are estimated to have rallied in Paris today and some 500 anarchists also manifested themselves mid-afternoon in the city.


Tear gas used against demonstrators in both Nantes and Paris today.


Official government estimates by late Thursday of 806-thousand protesting nationwide but organizers saying the number was 1.5 million.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals hearing the federal government's appeal of the dismissal of charges against key defendants in the Bunkerville Standoff case March 20th of next year in Las Vegas.


The standoff near Bundy Ranch in Nevada in April  2014 led to charges against more than 20 people with three ending up in prison in what are considered to be rigged proceedings.


Charges dismissed against key defendants in January of 2018 with US District Judge Gloria Navarro citing "gross misconduct" by federal prosecutors for withholding evidence from defense lawyers proving he innocence of the accused including Cliven Bundy and two of his sons.


A two-day lock down in the South Pacific island nation of Samoa because of the measles epidemic that has killed 62 so far.     The lock down is facilitating a vaccination campaign for the country.


Teams fanning out across Samoa to administer the measles vaccine at homes where red flags are displayed.

A lawsuit filed by George Zimmerman, the man acquitted of murder for shooting black teenager Trayvon Martin in Florida in 2012.


The 100 million dollar suit aimed at the federal and state governments as well as the Martin family and their lawyers among others.


The suit alleges a fake witness was used to attempt to convict Zimmerman.


Activist attorney Larry Klayman is representing Zimmerman.
