BREAKING NEWS: WEEK 23 YELLOW VESTS FRANCE, 60,000 PLUS POLICE MOBILIZED, PROTEST BAN AT NOTRE-DAME, 'ULTIMATUM 2'
(THIS IS THE EARLY POST AS OF MIDNIGHT FRIDAY EASTERN US TIME, 6AM IN FRANCE, POST UPDATED AT THE BOTTOM IN THE AM)
A message of fear being spread by France's Interior Minister Christophe Castaner Friday. Fear of demonstrations where black uniformed and or masked anarchists will come in among the Yellow Vests and attack police and businesses.
Protest bans in force in shopping areas and city centers like the Champs-Elysees in Paris with a new restriction on protest at the Notre-Dame Cathedral, which has a reinvigorated status as a national symbol following Monday evening's fire.
President Emmanuel Macron was set last Monday evening to unveil some new policies after a "Grand Debate" of nationwide town hall meetings but he cancelled it is said even before the fire broke out.
It was because of his intentions to speak that Yellow Vests designated this Saturday as an "Ultimatum 2" day of protest with a major demonstration set in Paris.
But now Macron has pushed back his speech until Thursday night.
Areas banned for protest outside of Paris include Capitol Square in Toulouse, the city center in Rouen, downtown Caen, the center of Nantes and the center of Bordeaux and other specified locations in various cities and towns.
In Lyon a 12 Noon to 8 pm ban in a large area of the peninsula where the center of the city is located.
Protesters violating bans on demonstrations being warned they are subject to a fine of around 152 dollars (135 euros).

The procession is underway in Paris and the police have been active there making 126 arrests and checking over 11,000 people in what are called "preventive checks".

The police now hitting out at the Yellow Vests claiming they must "disassociate" themselves from the "black blocs" of protesters engaging in conflict with police in Paris right now.
But the video from other parts of France today does show peaceful protesters and by their actions, they appear to demonstrate their disassociation from the leftist anarchists in Paris.
In the past months, France's leading opposition politician, Marine Le Pen of the National Rally, has suggested that the government of President Macron enables the presence of the "black blocs" anarchists at protests.
