Talk that Macron might ditch his current Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne.



TODAY IN FRENCH MEDIA THE DISCUSSION ABOUT WHO MIGHT BE THE NEW PRIME MINISTER.


FORMER NATIONAL ASSEMBLY PRESIDENT RICHARD FERRAND TAKING HIS NAME OUT OF CONSIDERATION.


OTHER NAMES THROWN ABOUT ARE THE MINISTER OF THE ECONOMY BRUNO LE MAIRE AND THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION GABRIEL ATTAL WHO SEEMS TO A HIGH LEVEL OF PERSONAL POPULARITY IN POLLING DATA.


ATTAL GETTING CREDIT FOR THE POLICY OF BANNING MUSLIM CLOTHING (ABAYAS) IN SCHOOLS LAST FALL.


Meanwhile polling data points to the political strength of Marine Le Pen who leads the National Rally in France's National Assembly.


Which politician is most 'in touch' with the everyday concerns of the average person in France?


The Elabe poll elicited these results.


Marine Le Pen  37 percent

Fabien Roussel  29 percent

Emmanuel Macron 24 percent



Le Pen doing five percent better in this category than she did a year ago.


Coming in second Communist politician Fabien Roussel and Mr. Macron found himself in third place.



Mr. Macron is not running for President he is not allowed to seek a third term in 2027 and his quest now is to build up a new political leader who can take on Marine Le Pen in the 2027 Presidential Election.

There was the sound of the drums and a noise maker as well...



One protest sign on cardboard translated into English would read:




"Let Us Condemn The Excesses of Politicians Who Manipulate Us For Criminal Purposes"
