We learned during the COVID years that mainstream media was in essence an arm of government policy and government messaging.
Back in November mainstream media that endorsed COVID restrictions in Western nations before made much noise about the harsh nature of China's lockdown.
But in recent weeks as China backed down from those restrictions a new narrative emerged namely that of COVID spreading in China and threatening to spread to other nations.
In the Christmas-New Year period the US and other nations noted for their alignment with the US over Ukraine like Australia, Canada, France, Italy, Spain and the UK among others coming down with edicts regarding COVID testing for people traveling from China.
News stories about wastewater in airplanes and airports being linked to COVID spread have been published everywhere from Malaysia to the Netherlands. The implication of these stories that COVID spread has a China origin.
When Donald Trump was President of the United States and sounding an alarm about China and COVID spread the mainstream media was critical and cynical about the whole thing but the media outlets which seem to get their orders from the Anti-Trump Deep State intelligence agencies aligned with Joe Biden now appear to be singing the Trump tune.
What is going on?
Maybe Trump knew back then that China was the adversary the US would ultimately face off against as we approached 2025 and he was aligning his words with the emerging policy that Joe Biden now embraces.
Make no mistake China is the next Russia now getting the treatment Russia did ahead of its decision to use military force in Ukraine.
