Heck its been 35 years almost to the day since I spoke to James Carville in my mainstream media days. Carville then the campaign manager for "The Real Bob Casey" as in Bob Casey Sr. (not the current Bob Casey Jr. US Senator).
Casey Sr. running for Governor of PA and his election helped big time to propel Carville's political consultancy work.
They ran a ad that weekend before the election showing the Republican candidate William Scranton III with long hair and the hippie type music in the background.
