British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said in a letter to French President Emmanuel Macron that France should take back migrants if the UK catches them.
France then shut the British out of meetings to discuss the illegal immigration matter.

POLICE SHOT AT IN GUADELOUPE AND MARTINIQUE AS RESISTANCE TO VACCINATION MANDATES AND VACCINE PASSPORTS CONTINUES
The general strikes with a long list of grievances but including opposition to coercion to vaccinate and vaccine passports are continuing in the French Caribbean regions.
Special French police units were targeted with live ammunition in Guadeloupe and Martinique Friday night. The police telling AFP news agency that some bullets were embedded in their protective gear.
Roadblocks formed with overturned vehicles, incidents of looting and gunfire in the last few nights.
