The protest to be held as Cox's motorcade heads to an ampitheater in southern Utah for his inauguration. Cox supporting outgoing Republican Governor Gary Herbert's restrictions including a limit on social gatherings to 10 people in the state.

Court hearings for two Washington restaurants opened in spite of COVID-19 restrictions imposed by Democrat Governor Jay Inslee set for Tuesday.
