FRANCE BREAKING:  POLITICIAN AND PROTESTER TARGETED, INFORMATION, DISINFORMATION, SCHOOL PROTESTS


When he appeared on television earlier this week "yellow vests" protester Eric Drouet said regarding the notion of protesting at the Presidential Palace:

"If we arrive at the Elysee, we get into it"


He is now being targeted by the Paris Public Prosecutor for "Provocation"

Drouet said his comments were about peacefully entering the Elysee and not about violence in a Facebook video posted Thursday.

Drouet's home was searched by police today (Friday).

Interior Minister Christophe Castaner announced today he is filing a complaint against Nicolas Dupont-Aignan, a Gaullist politician who ran for President against Emmanuel Macron in the last election.

Dupont-Aignan is accused of urging police to join the protesters last Saturday.

Dupont-Aignan endorsed Marine Le Pen against Emmanuel Macron in the last round of the Presidential Election.

Meanwhile the group that emerged from the shadows calling themselves the "free yellow vests" asking for a meeting with President Emmanuel Macron earlier in the week, appeared before the media today on the eve of tomorrow's protest to call off protesting tomorrow.

They said to protest in Paris would be a "trap".

The group met with Macron's Prime Minister late Friday and praised the results of their meeting.

Police have designated 14 spots in Paris that they will secure by tomorrow morning removing any objects that could be used by protesters.

Restricted traffic zones have been announced in the city.

President Macron met with a group of police Friday,   Police have been expressing their concerns about the pressures they are under during the protests.

Police are reported to have seized 28 Molotov Cocktails and three homemade bombs at a location in the south of France.

There were protests at hundreds of high schools across France on Friday with one student and one police officer reported injured at separate locations in eastern France.

A group of  "yellow vests" staged a protest inside the regional government headquarters in the city of Lyon.

A supermarket in western France closed Friday night because gasoline shortages caused by protests have prevented trucks from resupplying it.

It is now around 5pm in the Eastern US, 11pm in France.

After midnight tonight as morning arrives in France we will be begin to learn about what protests materialize and what is happening at them.
