That document has always come off to me as a realistic depiction of what happens in law enforcement becsuse law enforcement is only human like the rest of us......

From our Yellow Vests reporting and observations in France these people called "black blocs" whose normal uniform is the mask (now a government-business ordered-recommended uniform in the USA and beyond) want confrontation with law enforcement and seek it to promote revolution.
But as we learned from the Oregon Standoff trial one of the FBI informants sent out to deal with the "extremists" and "terrorists" at the wildlife refuge Terri Linnell was told by her FBI handler that they have people planted everywhere including the Antifa.
In France with the anarchists getting into the Yellow Vests protests the leading opposition politician Marine Le Pen offered up an opinion that this scenario of violence and mayhem was being allowed by the government in order to discredit the peaceful non-violent protesters and advance the agenda of President Macron's government.

The Minnesota governor has spoken with Defense Secretary Mark Esper and JCS Chairman General Mark Milley with his reporting to them and their reporting to him.
The Minnesota National Guard is now fully mobilized with additional law enforcement from rural Minnesota and National Guard forces from nearby states being drawn in.

PHILADELPHIA PROTESTS: AT LEAST TWO POLICE VEHICLES BURNED
Its about 530 pm Eastern US time and this is from Philadelphia via ABC6 with aerial video. At least two police vehicles reported burned. The activity centered around Philadelphia's City Hall.
Burning vehicles now visible on the northwest side of the City Hall building near the City Hall annex.....ABC 6 also reporting some have broken into City Hall.

In our state capital city of Harrisburg a protest that involved a "hands up march" up the steps in front of the State Capitol building. Its over now. One protester was around holding a sign:

Getting back to that Philadelphia situation the anarchists have tactics and the City Hall move could just be a distraction to move onto other acts of destruction in other places.

MINNEAPOLIS UPDATE: INTERSTATE HIGHWAY NETWORK SHUT DOWN
The freeway-interstate highway network of Minneapolis -St. Paul shut down at 7 pm local time to either decrease mobility of the protesters or to increase the mobility of the military and police forces.

Moving on the US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals hearing the attempt by the federal government as in the US Justice Department as in Attorney General William Barr and the US Attorney for Nevada to reinstate charges over the April 2014 Bunkerville Standoff.
They want to continue to go after people for exercising their First Amendment and Second Amendment rights when the federal government set up snipers outside the Bundy home at Bundy Ranch.
The judge in the case threw the charges out because that information and so much more was kept out of the material provided to defense lawyers. Evidence that would have helped the Bundys and other prove their innocence in court. It was hidden by the federal prosecutors who now claim it was a small unintentional mistake.
