I started listening to country music on the radio in November of 1970 one of the first voices I heard was that of Dolly Parton.
I was blessed to have had my first experience with Dolly Parton that of hearing her voice as opposed to seeing her anatomy others would have the more negative experience later on down the road as her career took off.
Dolly had a hit single called "Joshua" out at the time but Dolly also sang songs with Porter Wagoner.
