A new government installed on the lawn of the parliament building of the South Pacific nation of Samoa today.
The building was locked following a late Saturday night order from the country's Head of State cancelling the meeting of Parliament today.
The Samoan Supreme Court overturned the order Sunday but the building remained locked today.
