Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson announced his veto today of legislation to prohibit gender changing treatment for people under 18 by doctors in the state.
Hutchinson saying that House Bill 1570 interferes in the doctor-patient relationship and also describing the bill as by-product of the "cultural war".
Hutchinson adding that "We want to send s message of tolerance and diversity"...ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE
