Here we are back on this weekend when we have to look back to the Saturday post of just about a year ago August 10th, 2019.
It was the day Jeffrey Epstein died.

Epstein is still with us as we consider his crimes and his victims and President Trump gets flak for wishing his former associate Ghislaine Maxwell "well". He made the comment considering how Epstein wound up.
We know Democrats had ties to him like former Democrat Majority Leader in the Senate George Mitchell and former UN Ambassador-New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson and or course Bill Clinton but man this story goes places like the sweetheart deal made with Epstein when he first got caught more than a decade ago. The Democrats in charge in Palm Beach County, Florida but the feds involved in the "Plea Deal" as in the George W. Bush US Justice Department of that time.
AG William Barr promising justice for his victims but what is hidden behind the victimization and the ability of Epstein to have gotten that "sweetheart deal" when he was first caught?
Ghislaine Maxwell has a list of contracts of her own and a father with British intelligence background like that Jeffrey Steele clown who smeared President Trump but Maxwell is considered a hero in the country where he's buried, Israel.
A lot of Brits have helped Israel in the past from the British soldiers there in 1948 who had Jewish girlfriends and went AWOL with their tanks to help out and the list goes on and on either direction of that......
POLITICS: THE MAIL-IN BALLOT DRAMA CONTINUES
In elections issues are brought up to get you all whooped up and mad so you'll vote. The GOP machine here in PA greased up and already telling me to request a mail-in ballot. Got my 8 and half by 11 inch size mailing yesterday.
All that after the POTUS complained about the Democrats rigging mail-in ballots so they benefit. My wife never gets the repeated reminders and actual applications for a ballot from the Democrats here in PA.
Now the Democrats are claiming the Postal Service may slow down the mail-in process. They cry foul to anger up their voters IMHO......

Out shopping today out and about for various tasks noticing one neighbor got his "Biden" sign to "balance out" the six "Trump" ones on my street.
Also a "blue line" update here in Pennsylvania the "uniformed bureaucrats" are coming for you lets face it government needs revenue right now and what better way to raise it than to extract it from your pockets for speeding and other stuff.
Sean Anderson got into this kind of operation by the Idaho "blue line" last month.
When I was young Reverend John Dekker whose son Robert was interviewed by Glenn Beck some years ago taking a stand for religious freedom in Delaware used to confront the police speed traps in his church's parking lot in Baltimore County, Maryland.
John Dekker born in the Netherlands growing up with the occupation of his native land by the black uniformed guys with the swastika. He didn't live to see these black uniforms of today used by our federally funded militarized police.

That's the place where our government will decry such violence but in Lebanon where we have this "Arab Spring" type protest being launched will our government decry that?
In 2011 the US and other parties launched an "Arab Spring" that became a "Civil War" in Libya and then Syria. Doors opened for jihadists to fight against the established governments in those countries.
And out of it we got Al-Qaeda and Islamic State.
Is Lebanon about to be led down the same path in the name of getting rid of the Iranian influence in the country through Hezbollah?

Today video from here there and everywhere we take for granted when I was in television news I just wished for some new innovations and technology that would make the job easier like a single work station that would enable me to "do it all" with the scripts, videotape and video feeds coming in.
Now its been done.
In 1958 KTLA in Los Angeles was on the cutting edge of technology and television news already with its live mobile unit but the next step up was rolled out. Live video from the air from a "telecopter".....

Peter Hitchens column this weekend leads with a UK item but moves onto the topic of DC 19.
Its the "Dictatorship of COVID-19" ala Australia.......
They've really gone "Down Under" in Melbourne with the lockdown, the curfew. You can't go more than 3.1 miles from your home to get food with one person from a household allowed out at a time.

"Repression by men in black uniforms is not a good look
The great city of Melbourne in Australia is now under a severe six-week curfew from 8pm until 5am.
Its businesses are crippled. Even the authorities admit it could cost hundreds of thousands of jobs.
Muzzles are, of course, compulsory. Inhabitants can leave their homes only once a day for essential supplies and food, and once for one hour of exercise, within a three-mile radius. Police and soldiers are hammering on the doors of those who have tested positive for Covid (who are now forbidden to exercise) to check if they are at home. Huge fines face those who don't comply.
Victoria State Premier Daniel Andrews says: "We can no longer have people simply out and about for no good reason.....you will be stopped and you will be asked and need to demonstrate that you are lawfully out and you are not breaching that curfew."
The local police chief, Shane Patton, fetchingly dressed in black shirt and black tie (does he know no history?) is pleased that non-muzzle-wearers are being "shunned" and says his officers "had" to smash into cars whose drivers did not cooperate with stop and search.
Why this wild repression? Because of 15 deaths in a day...."
