The bubbling tensions between Algeria and France boiling over with a unanimous vote in Algeria's parliament Wednesday condemning France's 130-year colonization of Algeria as a 'state crime'.
There have been many flashpoints including French crackdowns on Algerian government efforts against opponents of its government in France.
