A car ploughing into a crowd in Los Angeles early this morning the driver of the car pulled out and shot.
At least seven of those hurt in the incident in critical condition.
It happened at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Vermont Avenue in East Hollywood just before 2 am local time (5 am Eastern US Time).
Authorities noting that a person was removed from a business before the car went into the crowd.

How do we understand what came down with the "Wall Street Journal" story and President Trump's outraged reaction lawsuit etc?
You have to go back to the days of Bill and Hillary Clinton in the White House and the financial then sexual allegations swirling around.
During those days there were constant news leaks deliberately done by Clinton's legal team to get information making the Clinton's look bad into the public arena.
Get the dirt out before it was aired in a courtroom or impeachment trial etc. etc. and use the leaks as occasions to play the victim card. There were constant accusations about Republicans like Special Prosecutor Ken Starr being the leakers.
But to his credit the late Tim Russert NBC News "Meet the Press" host in those days he came out and identified Clinton's lawyers as the leakers.
And what do you think President Trump's team is doing with that story put out by Rupert Murdoch's "Wall Street Journal" the same stuff the Clinton's did in the 1990's indeed. Get Epstein stuff making Trump look bad out there and make Trump out to be a victim.
And then there's Israel there was a Holocaust and there is fear among Jewish people (Mark Levin, Laura Loomer, Ben Shapiro etc. etc.) that the kind of mob that said regarding our Lord "Crucify Him" might come out in anger at Israel if Jeffrey Epstein's connections to Israel whatever they are come out.
In my Antisemitic youth that fifth grade teacher tried to tell us not to be nasty towards the 25 percent of our class that was Jewish.
But she also talked against bullying that day. Her passionate opposition to bullying along with the similar messaging of the other teachers in their classrooms led to a mob scene on the playground involving the bullies afterwards.
There is real fear out there that any Epstein Files implicating Israel will create a mob just as angry about Israel as the children on my elementary school playground were about bullies back around 1971.
