Over the years sometimes I've met obese women in various places including 12-step rooms and in my mind in my heart I've asked the question:

                        "Who Raped You?"

And the story linked below is the story of a girl gaining weight following sexual harm done to her at an early age.   But there's more to the story than any notion of 'victimhood'.

There's the notion of recovery and healing from the trauma and the consequences of being sexually harmed including one's own sexual acting out.
