France may have a new Prime Minister but officially it does not have a cabinet.
Sebastien Lecornu delayed appointment of cabinet ministers for more than two weeks leaving the outgoing ministers serving with limited powers.
Many powers left to judicial-administrative parts of the government.
Yesterday Mr. Lecornu saying he will have a cabinet before debate resumes next Wednesday in the National Assembly.
As it stands now France has gone 18 days without its new Prime Minister naming a cabinet a record for the Fifth Republic Era that began in 1958.
