FRANCE YELLOW VESTS WEEK 311*MACRON'S 'RECONCILIATION' WITH MOROCCO HAS ROOTS IN UKRAINE WAR*HARRIS OVER TRUMP IN FRENCH POLL*PROTESTS TODAY*

The Ukraine War leading to the cut off of natural gas supplies from Russia forcing France and other European countries to look in different directions including liquefied natural gas from the USA.
Perhaps the real reason for the conflict in Ukraine because cutting off energy supplies from Russia has a benefit for the US energy industry.
In the interests of trying to build France and Europe as an economic alternative to the United States and China and or be less energy dependent on the US President Emmanuel Macron has moved to establish closer relations with its former colony Morocco in northwestern Africa.
In order to do France has recognized Moroccan sovereignty over the formerly Spanish ruled Western Sahara region that Algeria has claimed as its territory.
Following the recognition several months ago Emmanuel Macron on a three-day state visit of 'reconciliation' with Morocco this week.
Macron affirming Moroccan sovereignty over the Western Sahara signing deals that include energy cooperation with Morocco.
There are hopes and expectations that Moroccan controlled Western Sahara will yield natural gas and even oil for export and France is investing in energy projects.
The French president also spoke about joint efforts by the two countries to combat 'illegal immigration"...
On Friday President Macron made an overture towards the former colonial territory of Algeria acknowledging the assassination of an independence leader by France's military in 1957.
Larbi Ben M'hidi was one of the six leaders of the National Liberation Front (FLN) that launched the insurrection against French rule 70 years ago Friday (November 1, 1954).
A press release issued saying recognition of the assassination is designed to create a 'peaceful and shared memory' between France and Algeria...
A small group of protesters on the street again today calling for fiscal and social justice. Also mention the RIC (Citizens Initiative Referendum) issue raised six years ago when the Yellow Vests demonstrations began.
