THREE ARRESTED AND ONE INJURED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OUTSIDE THE ADA COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN BOISE, IDAHO THIS MORNING. THE INCIDENT STARTING UP WHEN AUTHORITIES MOVED TO ARREST AMMON BUNDY AND AARON SCHMIDT WHO REFUSED TO WEAR MASKS IN THE COURTHOUSE.
A PROSECUTOR WANTED A JUDGE TO ISSUE ARREST WARRANTS FOR THEM FOR FAILURE TO ATTEND THEIR TRIAL INSIDE THE COURTHOUSE. THE JUDGE ISSUED THE WARRANTS.
ONE MAN ENDED UP ON THE GROUND HITTING HIS HEAD.
"I know what we're doing is right"
Those words spoken outside the courthouse by Ammon Bundy a few minutes before the move to arrest him began.
Also arrested Aaron Schmidt who was to go on trial with Bundy and another man Casey Baker accused of attacking the sheriff's deputies.

(BACKGROUND OF TODAY'S INCIDENT)
Ammon Bundy and co-defendant Aaron Schmidt were to go on trial today in Boise, Idaho accused of trespassing during a public legislative session at the Idaho State Capitol last August. The session a special one called to pass coronavirus related laws.
Bundy attended the legislative session and was in a hearing room when members of the media were ejected. He then placed himself in the media area to do the work of those ejected.
He was then removed by Idaho State Police who used a chair on wheels as a convenience since Bundy was passively resisting arrest. Media reports at the time claimed that he handcuffed himself to the chair. That he says is not true.
Conviction on the charge could put the two defendants in prison for up to six months.
Authorities have decided to drop a second charge against Ammon Bundy related to his ejection from the Senate gallery a day after his arrest in the hearing....PEOPLES RIGHTS NEWS
