OREGON STANDOFF:  DUANE EHMER REVEALS THE RIGGING OF THE SECOND OREGON TRIAL

"They wouldn't let what 200 of our witnesses even speak.  We couldn't even tell our story. We couldn't prove our innocence......The four witnesses I got, one was the chief of police in the town I grew up in and he wasn't allowed to say anything besides he was my friend....."

Duane Ehmer speaks about the second rigged Oregon Standoff trial with KMED 1/3/2018

Duane Ehmer continues his ride down the West Coast on his horse "Hellboy" to a federal prison in Lompoc, California.

That's where he'll  serve a one year and one day sentence in connection with the Oregon Standoff protest that began two years ago this week.

Ehmer told KMED in Medford, Oregon today about how Judge Anna J. Brown limited witness testimony and the number of witnesses in the second Oregon Standoff trial to rig the trial against the defense and in favor of the prosecution.

Ehmer was visiting his lawyer in Medford as well today discussing his 2400 page appeal of his conviction in the second rigged Oregon Standoff trial.

He's set to report to prison on January 24th.
