BUNKERVILLE BREAKING:  JUDGE WILL NOT RECONSIDER DISMISSAL OF CHARGES AGAINST KEY DEFENDANTS

US District Judge Gloria Navarro will not reconsider her January dismissal 'with prejudice' of charges against Cliven Bundy, Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy and Ryan Payne in connection with the April 14, 2014 Bunkerville Standoff near Bundy Ranch in Nevada.

Federal prosecutors had asked her to reconsider her decision led by the new US Attorney in Las Vegas appointed by Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Dayle Elieson.

Judge Navarro has denied their motion.

Defense lawyers believe there will be an appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals by the prosecutors in the case.

Navarro dismissed all charges against these key defendants in early January and some other defendants in the case later.

She cited "willful" withholding of huge amounts of evidence proving the innocence of the four men by federal prosecutors.

Other Bunkerville defendants are still in jail and in legal limbo  (Todd Engel, Greg Burleson and Jerry Delemus).
