The rally in support of Sean Anderson set for Saturday at the Lewis County, Idaho Sheriff's Office in Nezperce, Idaho.    Supporters being asked to bring mirrors to leave with the officers so they can reflect on their actions regarding Anderson early in the morning of Saturday July 18th.    

The incident began when Anderson said he flashed his lights in return when another car flashed its lights at him.   That car turned out to be a Lewis County sheriff's vehicle.    Anderson said he feared for his life and fled the traffic stop that ensued.    Anderson eventually stopped his vehicle a second time where he was shot by law enforcement in the face and disoriented returned fire in self-defense.

In Portland, Oregon a US Magistrate Judge finding that the wrongful death civil lawsuit by the family of Robert LaVoy Finicum over his killing in an FBI led operation against protesters at the 2016 Oregon Standoff can move forward.

But US Magistrate Judge Patricia Sullivan finding that only the Oregon State Police, whose troopers fired shots at Finicum including the fatal one, can be sued but not the FBI and other defendants cited in the lawsuit filing.

A US District Judge will have the final say on whether the lawsuit can move forward and the Finicum family has two weeks to file any objections to the finding.     No word yet from them on how they will proceed.......OREGON LIVE

The protests in Portland Saturday night with a crowd of thousands massed at the federal courthouse by 1030 pm local time with supporting walls of "Moms" and "Vets".   Federal law enforcement issuing warnings and then firing their first rounds of pepper shots.   Fireworks being shot over the fence around the courthouse with federal law enforcement positioned inside it.....

The federal estimate of the crowd by 1130 pm at five thousand with federal law enforcement announcing the demonstration was unlawful a number of times.     A breaching of the fence achieved outside the courthouse soon followed by a Portland Police Bureau declaration that the gathering was a riot.      The crowd began to move away.     A reporter for OregonLive hit by a rubber bullet.    Federal law enforcement and Portland police both on the streets in the area of the courthouse..

The fight continued around the federal courthouse in Portland through the night into today where the living Oregon Standoff protesters arrested back then were put on trial on felony charges for operating an authentically peaceful protest (no anarchists in their group) back in the fall of 2016.     When they were found innocent a rigged second trial was held to force conviction of lesser defendants....

Lets start with the fact that this "drug raid" on Breonna Taylor's apartment March 13th was done without an announcement of any kind.     It was a no knock raid and the cops just broke in leaving Taylor's boyfriend who legally owned a firearm to assume something bad was going on so he fired in self-defense.


This wasn't Antifa or BLM breaking into someone's home it was the Louisville Metropolitan Police Department are you getting the picture.


The cops again made the US Constitution a big gigantic diaper wipe.



Now its today and we are supposed to be seeing a "militia face-off" in the city between a black militia and the Three Percenters.       Both groups at least peppered with FBI informants to identify anyone and or entrap them for arrest later on down the road.


How manipulated is this event by the FBI and or political operatives from the two big parties who need to shut down any potential or actual violence so you can be diverted into the political debate and be herded into the election in November. 


The event itself accentuates the notion of the threat of violence which is exactly what President Trump (who I voted for in 2016) wants voters to be considering when they make their choice in November.


The FBI informants and crazy people some of whom will be arrested all drawn into this situation which got extensive promotion in recent days.....

Word today that Regis Philbin has passed away at the age of 88.   Regis did work for ABC like "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" and he did "Regis and Kathie Lee" but his ABC work began way back in the 1960's as ABC tried to compete with Johnny Carson and the "Tonight Show" on NBC.

JUSTICE FOR SEAN ANDERSON RALLY NEXT SATURDAY

Ammon Bundy appearing in a video yesterday to update the situation on Sean Anderson who was blinded by police in Idaho.     Anderson one of the final four Oregon Standoff protesters.    He cut a plea deal with the feds.

But in recent weeks Sean helping Ammon with Peoples Rights in Idaho and in the midst of his involvement with Peoples Rights the incident early in the morning of Saturday July 18th when someone flashed their car lights at Anderson and he flashed back.     The vehicle that first flashed its lights was a law enforcement vehicle.    This led to a traffic stop with Anderson saying he fled the stop fearing for his life.

Eventually he pulled over with police in pursuit their weapons drawn firing at him.    He was hit in the face and head and disoriented at that point Anderson went for his firearm to fire in self-defense but does not recall what he did as far as shooting back at the cops.

Ammon Bundy makes the point in this video that we are trapped in a mindset that presumes law enforcement officers to be a superior group of people than "We The People" and he argues that they are not.

Police are human and they do make mistakes.     They are "sinners" if you want a religious word to describe the situation.   

We seemed locked in this "Animal Farm" mentality.     As Orwell wrote in the book about a Communistic society it was said in a society where "all were equal" that "some are more equal than others".      We seem to be there in our country in regards to law enforcement.



BUNDY ALSO SAYS IN THIS VIDEO THAT THE LEWIS COUNTY IDAHO SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT WAS ON A TICKET WRITING SPREE THAT NIGHT ENFORCING RULES ABOUT TAIL LIGHTS AND SO ON.     HE SAYS THAT THEY WERE ORDERED TO DO SO AND WERE INSTIGATING THE PUBLIC WITH DELIBERATE TRAFFIC STOPS THEY WOULD NOT NORMALLY MAKE ON OTHER NIGHTS TO COLLECT THE FINES, WRITE THE CITATIONS ETC. The federal "criminal justice system" with its 98 percent conviction rate got beat by the late Marcus Mumford leading the defense in the first trial of leading defendants then Williams had to work with the judge to rig up a second trial so some of the lesser participants could be convicted of something.

Maxine Bernstein already published a story indicating undercover feds are in the protesting crowds based on federal documents.

Of course there is violence going on during these protests again I ask the question are they perped at least in part by crazies and or FBI operatives and informants part of the federal "criminal justice system" itself?

Not to endorse violence against the feds but I am simply trying to say that Billy Williams has zero credibility with me when he talks about "violent extremists" becuase of the Oregon Standoff case....

PORTLAND PROTESTS:   ANALYZING LATEST DEVELOPMENTS

The crowd was mostly peaceful last night with the "Wall of Moms"   "Wall of Dads" and "Wall of Vets" among others some four thousand strong but eventually the anarchist type behavior manifested itself and the tear gas came from inside the fence.     That scattered many people but the fight continued with fireworks thrown in at the federal law enforcement and tear gas sent out.   Flash bang rounds used by the feds.

Both sides had leaf blowers last night to blow the tear gas back and forth.....

The feds eventually came right out of the fenced in federal building-courthouse area to attack the people on the outside with some anarchists employing shields and throwing fireworks.    Two people put into unmarked vans by the feds around 2 am this morning local time and a stabbing incident at 3rd and Salmon Streets early this morning with Portland Police investigating.

A federal judge ruling that documents in a 2015 defamation lawsuit by Virginia Roberts Guiffre against Ghislaine Maxwell can be released.   But US District Judge Loretta Preska is allowing Maxwell's lawyers a week to appear her decision.

Oregon Standoff protester Sean Anderson blinded by police who opened fire on him in northern Idaho early last Saturday morning.  Anderson attempted to return fire but he was too disoriented at the time from his injuries.

Today in Portland Chief US District Judge Michael Mosman heard arguments as Oregon's Attorney General sought a temporary restraining order against federal law enforcement deployed at the federal building and federal courthouse.

Ellen Rosenblum focused on last week's incident involving 29-year old Michael Pettibone who was placed by federal law enforcement in an unmarked van and taken to the federal courthouse for questioning, then released.....OREGON LIVE

A 55th night of protests in Portland Tuesday night.    By late in the evening a large crowd up against the federal courthouse adding to the grafitti and then just after 11 pm the use of tear gas.      Federal police then emerged from the building to face the crowd.

The crowd moved right back up against the courthouse towards midnight in Portland.

Libertarian activist and Peoples Rights leader Ammon Bundy in one of two videos posted in recent days saying federally funded militarized police are more of a danger to freedom than Black Lives Matter or Antifa.    With that in mind Bundy says he sees nothing wrong with notion of federally defunding local police.

Bundy warning  his viewers that the massive police forces that now exist in the United States constitute the kind of "standing army" that the Founders of the United States warned about.

He also notes his "disappointment" with "patriots" who "don't have love for their fellow man" and ultimately  "don't want freedom"  "they want division, they want to hate somebody"

Bundy saying the only way that the law enforcement bureaucracy can be countered is through people coming together in unity to oppose it.
